Yosemite is one of the most beautiful National Parks in the world.

Yosemite Valley is located about 215 miles south east of San Francisco. Visitors should spend at least one night in order to see the incredible sights in and around the Yosemite Valley.

Bridalveil Fall
The Ahwahneechee called this place Pohono, "Sprit of the Puffing Wind." The wind swirls about the cliff, often lifting the falling water and blowing it from side to side in delicate free-fall. It is 62 story high.

Half Dome
Half Dome rises to an elevation of 8,842 feet. At 87 million years old, the type of granite making up the dome is the youngest plutonic rock in the valley. (Plutonic rock is formed beneath the earth's surface by intense heat, pressure, and slow cooling.)

Free Shuttle Bus to take you within Yosemite Valley. It operates quite often. The map for Shuttle Bus route will be provide by our driver.

Round Trip by bus from San Francisco, Oakland & Pleasanton.

1st Day. 227 miles.
San Francisco pick up between 6:15 and 6:45 from downtown hotels, depart by 7:00. Travel east through San Joaquin Valley. Brief rest stop around 10:30. Enter Yosemite about 12:15.

*VALLEY SIGHTS. On the way in we drive up to Tunnel View to see most of Yosemite Valley including El Capitan, Bridalveil Fall and Half Dome. Driving on the south side of Merced River you see Three Brothers, Sentinel Rock, Yosemite Falls and meadows. Past the Chapel and crossing the Sentinel Bridge we reach Yosemite Lodge by 1:45. Store your luggage with the bell staff. At Yosemite Lodge Tour desk you can reserve all year Valley Floor Tour at $22 (child $18) or June to October Glacier Point Tour at $32.50 (child $26). Next two or three hours free - walk to Yosemite Falls, take the free shuttle to the Visitor Center, The Ahwahnee Hotel and other places, etc. For El Portal YARTS Bus from Yosemite Lodge leaves at 4:15, 4:35, 5:20 and 8:15 p.m. Takes about 25 minutes. Take your luggage with you.

Yosemite Lodge

Located near the Yosemite Falls there are several two-story buildings amidst the sugar pine and redwood trees surrounding a central core that has a cafeteria, a food court and Mountain Room restaurant. Air conditioning and TV have not yet invaded these nicely appointed rooms each with two beds, bathroom, balcony or patio. There is a well-stocked gift shop and store, a large swimming pool and a post office on the grounds.

The Ahwahnee

The Ahwahnee is a world-class hotel built in 1927 and kept in an excellent condition. Dinner at The Ahwahnee Dining Room will be in your memory for ever. All rooms have air conditioning and TV. Some rooms are available with king size beds.

2nd Day.
Check out and take your luggage with you. 7:23 or 8:56 a.m. YARTS Bus transfer from El Portal arrives Yosemite Lodge in about 45 minutes. SPEND THE DAY ON YOUR OWN or take one of the tours that returns by 3:30.

The return trip starts with pick up at The Ahwahnee Hotel at 3:15 and then from Yosemite Lodge at 3:45. A brief stop is made at El Portal and then by about 6:00 in the Merced area. Coming over the Altamont Pass we reach Pleasanton by 7:00, Oakland by 8:00 and San Francisco by 8:30. The first stop is at The Handlery Hotel and then you are dropped off at the hotels from where you were picked up. (If you are going on to San Francisco International Airport it is best to take a shuttle or taxi from The Handlery Hotel).

Rates per person include round trip motor coach and / or train transportation described, park entrance fee, Yosemite Sights tour, room with tax and baggage handling at Yosemite Lodge or The Ahwahnee Hotel.

Tour price per person in U.S. Dollars includes room and taxes. Child rate applies up ages 5-11 sharing room with adult.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher

For every confirmed booking you will receive an e-mail with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher - when your booking is confirmed. Print you voucher from your home/office computer. Please present this E-Ticket voucher at the Tour Office.

Triple rates are for rooms with twin or double beds and a roll away, not suitable for three adults. Family of four including children can share a room with existing beds. Child Rate applies for children between ages of 5 through 11 sharing the room with an adult.

Cancellation Policy:

Up to 21 days before tour date the charge is $50 per person. 20 to 3 days prior tour date the charge is 50% of the tour cost. 2 days to 24 hours prior tour the charge is 75% of the tour cost. For No Show the charge is 100% of the tour cost. The refund is the amount paid minus the cancellation charge. Refunds are processed within three weeks of cancellation. If we cancel the tour at less than 28 days notice, and if we have received full payment, the refund is 110% of the tour cost. If you discontinue the tour, room costs may be refunded.

We act as agents for hotels, restaurants or other places of business and other transportation carriers in certain areas; we cannot be held liable in any way for loss, injury, or damage to person or property in those places or areas. We are liable only while you are traveling on motorcoaches operated by us. If there are any adverse conditions along the tour route, we reserve the right to bypass such areas. We may decline the sale of the tour or to retain any person as a member of the tour at any time.
