and Arts & Crafts Movement. These elements can be seen in every aspect of
the hotel including stenciling, woodwork, lighting fixtures and china patterns.

surroundings and Native American influence of Yosemite.

ROOM DETAIL The Ahwahnee Experience Built at a time when individual living space was much smaller, the sleeping accommodations at The Ahwahnee are not of the same proportion of modern-day hotels. This difference in size is more than offset by the grand scale of the public space and the rich décor that defines the property.
Guests in all room types enjoy access to all services and facilities of The Ahwahnee. Hotel rooms in the main building are appointed in rich fabrics, warm woods and Native American motifs. They offer exceptional views of Yosemite Valley's spectacular scenery including Half Dome, Yosemite Falls and Glacier Point.
