We were very pleased with the reservation and voucher redemption process. Generally speaking we were very pleased with the tour and its operation. The driver was a good driver and very courteous. Guest are asked to meet at The San Francisco Sightseeing Ticket Office at PIER 43 1/2 at Fisherman's Wharf. This is located on the ground Floor of The Franciscan Restaurant. Wheelchair facilities are available. However, passengers in a wheelchair can be accommodated only if they can get on and off the bus on their own and if the wheelchair can be folded. The driver is not permitted to assist handicapped persons due to insurance restrictions.

ticket office at PIER 43 1/2 for a boarding pass.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation notification at least
3 days prior to tour departure will not incur any penalty and full
refund will be issued except for the Napa Valley Wine Train, penalty is
$25.00 per person. No shows for the Napa Valley Wine Train will be
charged full price.
Comfortable shoes and a extra layer of warm clothing are recommended. If seasonal fog block the view, route may be altered.
Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
