Departure Point and Hotel Pick Up:

• Guest are asked to meet at The San Francisco Sightseeing Ticket Office at PIER 43 1/2 at Fisherman's Wharf.  This is located on the ground Floor of The Franciscan Restaurant. • Gray Line Sightseeing provides complimentary hotel pick up from most hotels in San Francisco. Click here for a San Francisco Pick Up Hotel List .  Please be punctual for your pick up time, but allow at least ten (10) minutes for possible traffic delays. 

• Wheelchair facilities are available. However, passengers in a wheelchair can be accommodated only if they can get on and off the bus on their own and if the wheelchair can be folded. The driver is not permitted to assist handicapped persons due to insurance restrictions.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:
This tour must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. For every confirmed booking you will receive an e-mail with a your E-Ticket Voucher - when your booking is confirmed. Please present this E-Ticket voucher to the ticket office at PIER 43 1/2 for a boarding pass.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation notification at least 3 days prior to tour departure will not incur any penalty and full refund will be issued except for the Napa Valley Wine Train, penalty is $25.00 per person. No shows for the Napa Valley Wine Train will be charged full price.

Comfortable shoes and a extra layer of warm clothing are recommended. If seasonal fog block the view, route may be altered.
